Has been a stamp collector since 1943 and a dealer since 1978.
He is a graduate of Cornell University and Practices Law in New York City.

He served in the USAF for four years during the Vietnam War.
Upon graduation from Herbert Lehman College he became a Blood Bank Supervisor. Later the Clinical Laboratory Administrator for the Veterans Administration Medical Center in the Bronx N.Y. from which he retired after 31 years of service.
